United States
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.
Caution: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by The Midi Maker LLC could void the user's authority to operate this equipment.
Canada
This device complies with ISED Canada licence-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
This Class B digital apparatus complies with Canadian ICES-003.

Hazardous Substances
The Sparrow 3X100 V2 is designed to comply with EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU (as amended by Directive 2015/863/EU) and UK RoHS Regulations SI 2012/3032. The product does not contain restricted hazardous substances — including lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, PBB, and PBDE — above the maximum concentration values specified in Annex II.

The Sparrow 3X100 V2 does not intentionally contain substances of very high concern (SVHCs) on the REACH Candidate List (Regulation EC 1907/2006) above 0.1% w/w. Supplier declarations of conformity are retained on file.
End of Life
This product is marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol in accordance with EU Directive 2012/19/EU (WEEE). Do not dispose of this product as unsorted municipal waste at the end of its life. Please use designated collection points, take-back schemes, or authorised treatment facilities in accordance with your local WEEE regulations.
